How to make deposits and withdrawals?

To deposit funds on our platform, just find the 'Deposit' button at the top of your screen.

In the pop-up window, select your deposit method. We offer several options:

After choosing a deposit method, select your coin and network. Please note the minimum deposit limits. Remember, not all coins support all networks — stay alert and double-check both factors to prevent your funds from getting lost.

Also, keep in mind that there is a blockchain network fee when making a deposit. It’s usually very small, but don't forget to check if you’re sending enough funds to cover the minimum deposit amount after accounting for the fee.

Our platform always does its best to ensure you don’t have to wait for your deposits and withdrawals. However, in very rare cases, transactions may take a bit longer due to network congestion or provider delays. We are always happy to help and check the status of your deposits or withdrawals at any time!

To withdraw funds, simply click on your wallet icon at the top of the screen, and then click the 'Withdraw' button in the pop-up window, as shown in the screenshot.

After that, you can choose your withdrawal address — this can be the address you used to log into our platform or any other wallet. Below, enter the withdrawal amount, and select the token along with a network that supports it.
