If you find something that does not work as intended, you can report it to our Support team. If your report describes a new and confirmed bug, you may be eligible for a reward.

When submitting a report, please include as much relevant information as possible:

What you did: the steps you took before encountering the issue.

What you expected: what you expected to happen.

What actually happened: the specific issue or unexpected result.

Where it happened: your device, browser, or app.

Anything that may help: screenshots, a short video, or an operation number.

Every submitted bug report is reviewed by our team.

The review process may take up to 30 days.

Please note that submitting a report does not automatically guarantee a reward. Rewards may only be granted for new and confirmed bugs that meet the requirements of the Bug Bounty Program.

Duplicate reports, known bugs, feature requests, and issues that cannot be reproduced are not eligible for a reward.
