Rolly Support 24/7

At Rolly, your gameplay unlocks more than just rewards — it builds your journey through our Rank and VIP system.

Every eligible wager helps you earn Rolly Points, allowing you to progress through the ranks and unlock increasingly valuable benefits. From your first game to the highest VIP levels, your activity is continuously reflected in your progress.

Your rank reflects your activity on Rolly and is based on the Rolly Points you earn from eligible bets.

Earn Rolly Points by playing Slots, Rolly Originals, and Sports.

Progress automatically as you accumulate enough Points to reach the next rank.

Your rank is permanent — once you reach a rank, you will never move down, even if you stop playing.

Higher ranks unlock better benefits, including increased Instant Rakeback, Daily Rakeback, Weekly Bonus, and additional VIP privileges.

Your new benefits apply immediately after reaching a higher rank. New bets use your updated Rakeback rates, while bonuses are calculated according to the rules of the current bonus period.

Previously credited bonuses remain unchanged. Moving to a higher rank does not change rewards that have already been credited.

Referral Points do not count toward your VIP rank. Only Points earned from eligible bets in Slots, Rolly Originals, and Sports contribute to your rank progress.

This prototype demo is aware that you are reading “{title}”. It can point you back to the current article, but a production article-aware Fin contract is still follow-up work.

Prototype article-aware answer

Because you already asked about invitations, this prototype demo can add the follow-up: use the role selector before sending each invite to limit access to the teammate responsibilities.

Prototype role-limiting follow-up

This prototype demo suggests starting with your workspace profile, inviting the team members who need access, and then connecting the integrations you use.

Prototype getting-started answer

In this prototype demo, integrations are configured from workspace settings. Choose the integration, connect the account, and review the enabled permissions.

Prototype integrations answer

In this prototype demo, invite teammates from workspace settings, then choose the access each teammate needs before sending the invitation.
